Observatory on Energy: Repsol Foundation – UB Energy Transition Education and Research Program

Natural climate solutions represent one of the potential alternatives at the service of society in the emission reduction strategy and they are an immediate and affordable option to mitigate the effects of climate change.

In this conference, organized by the Repsol Foundation – UB Energy Transition Education and Research Program, the results of the first year of its Observatory on Energy were presented. In this session, we focus on how through reforestation, forest maintenance, agricultural land management and water it is possible to help reduce CO₂ emissions. In addition, other Repsol's projects related to carbon capture, use and storage (CCUS) were exposed.
