Over 3,500 Repsol Volunteers take part in International Volunteering Week

The Repsol Foundation held a new edition of International Volunteering Week where Repsol employees from across 22 countries where the company is present took part to contribute to an inclusive energy transition.

Energy efficiency was the pillar for the planning of many of this year's activities. Volunteers took part in different proposed initiatives such as the development of energy efficiency kits for people in vulnerable situations (which represent energy savings of 350 euros per year), environmental activities or awareness-raising talks that have benefited over 4,400 people. The planning of the activities was made possible thanks to the collaboration of 37 social organizations.

The director of Social Transformation and head of Volunteering at the Repsol Foundation, Mar de Andrés, highlighted that: “We are very proud of the involvement and participation of our volunteers, who, once again, have shown their commitment when it comes to contributing to the challenge of achieving an inclusive energy transition".
