We support the training of young Hispaled workers to boost their employability
The Repsol Foundation and the Santa María la Real Foundation launched an innovative training program in cross-company and digital skills for employment in the sustainable lighting sector, aimed at young workers who are part of Hispaled's job placement project.
The program was divided into four group sessions and four individual sessions held throughout October, which aims to offer participants essential to help them improve their work performance and increase their employment opportunities. They worked on skills such as effective communication, teamwork, problem solving, and time management. All are key aspects in the current work environment and can be the difference in these young people's professional career.
To complement the training and keep improving their social and labor integration, those who needed linguistic support with Spanish received additional reinforcement.
