Observatory on CO₂ capture, use, and storage (CCUS): Natural Climate Solutions (NCS) Conference

Repsol Foundation and the University of Barcelona organize the Conference on Natural Climate Solutions (NCS), an online event hosted by the UB-Repsol Foundation Energy Transition Education and Research Program, in which the Observatory's results on CO₂ capture, use, and storage will be presented.

Natural climate solutions represent one of the potential alternatives at the service of society in the emission reduction strategy and they are an immediate and affordable option to mitigate the effects of climate change.

In this conference, we will focus on how through reforestation, forest maintenance, agricultural land management and water can help reduce CO₂ emissions. In addition, the Observatory´s results about the state of the art in this matter will be presented, as well as other Repsol's projects related to carbon capture, use and storage (CCUS).
